For the 2014 Coachmen Concord Motorhome on a Chevrolet Express Van 4500 Chassis, I do have an option but there are no air bag kits available. Instead, I recommend the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit part # SSA17 which will do just as good of a job at providing rear end support and it also works to reduce sway. The SuperSprings also unlike air bags won't require maintenance.

Unless the hitch of your Transit van is really far recessed under our rear bumper or your bikes have abnormally long handlebars I do not see how the RockyMounts AfterParty Swing Away Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # RKY37ZR wouldn't work for you though.
